Chris has been in ministry 11 years and oversees a team of staff and volunteers focused on serving CCV’s infrastructure. From hardware to digital security, Chris equips CCV to operate and innovate as a church in greater Phoenix.

Michael Chamot

Lead Lighting Designer, Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV)

Workshop Speaker

Michael is the lead Lighting Designer for Christ’s Church of the Valley in Phoenix, AZ. He is responsible for casting vision for lighting programming across all CCV campuses and directly oversees lighting design at the broadcast campus for services/events. He is passionate about using lighting to create a distraction-free worship experience.

Lead Audio Engineer, Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV)

Ben serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV), a multi-campus church in Arizona with 12 locations Ben leads the Music, Production, Visual Arts, Marketing & Communications, Interactive Technology, and Next Gen ministry teams. He has an extensive background in the professional music industry and world of creative arts and has served as a worship leader and pastor in the local church for the past 20 years.

 

Ben has a strong passion for creating and maintaining healthy culture. He believes the church should be leading the way in shaping culture through authentic worship and creative expression that points people to Jesus. Ben and his wife, Jen, live in North Phoenix along with their two children.

Brandon Waldron

Data Analyst, Christ Church of the Valley (CCV)

Workshop Speaker

Brandon monitors and illustrates trends for CCV ministries and internal teams. From measuring current engagement to forecasting actions into the future, his reporting allows the church to make informed decisions for the road ahead. Prior to joining CCV, Brandon worked in the corporate retail sector for 10 years with a focus on data modeling and analytics.

Tyler Kurbat

Director of Marketing and Communications, Christ Church of the Valley (CCV)

Workshop Speaker

After years in the marketplace working in creative shops and advertising agencies, Tyler is honored to have shifted his skills to sharing the Kingdom story with those who do not yet know Jesus. Tyler is versed in multi-channel content that resonates with audience both in-person and online.

Melinda Anderson

Director of Interactive Technology, Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV)

Workshop Speaker

Melinda leads a team of software developers, digital project managers, and data administrators who build and maintain CCV’s digital platforms. Her team is tasked with equipping ministries to innovate across the church to increase attendance and improve engagement. With 20+ years of marketplace experience, Melinda helps teams better strategize and develop their digital tools. 

Anthony DeShazor

Senior Vice President, Customer Success and Experience

Mr. Deshazor has over 26 years of experience in technology, including senior leadership positions in Pentaho and global enterprise companies like Hatachi Vantara and Remini Street. At Givelify, he marries his technical expertise with his more than 15 years of experience as a minister and pastor to lead our efforts to help organizations reach their goals.

Stephen Ellison

Technical Sales, The Light Source

Stephen Ellison has been working in the Industry since receiving a BFA from NC School of the Arts in 1979, He has worked as a Rental Technician, Rental Manager, Service Manager, Fog Machine Designer, System Sales, Production Lighting Designer, Systems Designer, Technical Director, Technical Sales. He is ETCP Certified in Theater Rigging and Entertainment Electrician. He now works for The Light Sources as the Technical Sales and Trade Show Manager. His favorite lighting is modern dance, or musicals, a designer has so much freedom to be creative in those art forms.

Andy Reed

Trainer @ Microsoft 

Workshop Speaker

Andy, a Trainer for Microsoft, has worked with Microsoft since 1988, speaking to and training top 100 large organizations around the world. Andy has specialized in discussions about Microsoft’s direction for Systems software (Windows, Windows Server, and networking). Additionally, Andy has spent much of the past four decades with a focus on Microsoft Office software and the extended products associated with Microsoft Office. Born in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC, Andy earned a degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. In his spare time, Andy enjoys his dog, traveling and photography.

Ryan Romeo

Pastor @ Living Streams Church

Workshop Speaker

Ryan is a pastor at Living Streams Church and is the founder of Dwell conference. He is the author of the books OUTCRY and Head in the Clouds Feet on the Ground as well as the cofounder of the OUTCRY worship tour. He lives in Phoenix AZ with his wife Blake and their 3 children.
