What if I need to cancel after I register?

If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund of your registration without any penalties as long as we receive the notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the event.

 

If cancellation happens less than 60 days prior to the start of the event, you will be reimbursed 50% of your registration fee.  A full reimbursement may still be possible for emergencies, government restrictions due to COVID-19 or natural disasters.
